U.S. Bank's Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Recruiter to support Consumer and Business Banking . This role may support operations, product or digital roles within the Consumer and Business Bank (CBB). In this role, you'll be a key partner to your business line leaders. You'll build trusting partnerships, develop recruiting strategies and consult with CBB managers. This team relies on sourcing tools to attract top talent such as, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Workday and Phenom. This is a great chance for an experienced recruiter to join a fun and talented recruiting team.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of recruiting experience
Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
ATS/Sourcing tools: Phenom, Workday, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed other Social Media platforms
Effective project management skills
Strong marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $84,065.00 - $98,900.00 - $108,790.00
