Job DescriptionOur Employee Services European team manages the lifecycle of employee services and experiences from Hire to Retire, providing our employees with the resources and support they need during important moments in their careers.
We are looking for a Senior Employee Services Manager who will report to the Head of Employee Services. This role will be a key member of the Employee Services leadership team and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing transformative HR services, processes and systems. S/he will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team of professionals passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation and employee culture.
It is an exciting leadership role covering different HR operational disciplines and the purpose of the role is to ensure that our Employee Services team are delivering efficiently and effectively with the customer in mind, and to continually look to enhance the overall service proposition that the team deliver.
They will be required to lead change, coach, develop and educate line managers and employees through our employee services, providing guidance, motivation, and solutions to ensure the delivery of the overarching Employee Services Team objectives.
The successful candidate will: Work closely with internal HR Partners, acting as a conduit between our EU Senior Management/Line of Business Leaders, our global HR Talent Consultants and HR Centre of Excellence partners on any HR/People related Projects, initiatives and challenges that are central/critical to our Polish employees and managers. Taking the HR Lead on these initiatives and successfully them closing out. Our HR Centres of Excellence include, Recruitment, Compensation, Employee Relation and Payroll/Benefits. Manage overall operations of the Employee Services Team for Europe – key team activities include:Query Management via our internal case management system; Knowledge Management on our internal HR Portal; Onboarding (Internal/External Hires); Leave of Absence Management (Sick Leave/Family Leave Processing); Job Changes; Oversee the processing of all employee data in our HRIS system, Workday Offboarding;
Oversight of general HR Administration; Providing support to HR Partners, employees and managers when required; Manage client satisfaction, acting as an escalation point for the EU Employee Services team when required; Work closely with the Head of Employee Services EU to review, develop and implement strategic and tactical plans and processes for European Employee Services team ensuring alignment to Global plans and processes where feasible; Ensure control, governance and efficiency of our European Employee Services business processes; Delivery of HR services within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and in a customer centric way; Lead audits internal and externally with EU HR Risk Partners.
The successful candidate must have:
Educated to Degree/Masters level in a HR Related discipline; Previous experience of working in a HR Environment at a Senior Level, particularly within a HR Shared Services Environment; Advanced knowledge of Polish Labour Law/regulations where knowledge of EU Labour Law would be an advantage; 8+ years of management experience and proven ability to lead a high performing teams, resolve conflict and make critical business decisions; Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high stakes and change-driven environment; Experience at a senior level of driving customer service within agreed SLAs in a HR environment; Experience of developing, maintaining relationships with both internal and external senior stakeholders; Experience in designing, implementing and reviewing internal controls aimed at reducing operational risk within a HR Environment; Experience of leading transformational change projects within HR; Strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage a large complex team including strong ability to coach and develop others in a variety of HR disciplines; Customer service skills – including the ability to manage and resolve complex queries and issues; High attention to detail and the patience to support teams in identifying and addressing data trends; Language skills - Polish and English are essential.
