Job Description
To further strengthen our role as key market player in Europe, we are looking for a Project Manager
Reporting to the Senior Programme Platform Manager for Project Delivery, due to expansion of our Integrated Payment Solutions (IPS) approach we are looking to recruit a new role for the team focused implementation of our EU Payment Facilitator customers. You will actively participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects will include project planning, customer integration, coordinating the solution certification and implementation, facilitating the customer boarding and payment Facilitator requirements, capture solution delivery and facilitate delivery. Responsible for ensuring delivery of a successful integration with Elavon products and/or systems. You will also work as part of a team helping to introduce new features and functions to the Elavon digital boarding platform.
The role holder will be a highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/she must have exceptional visual presentation and workflow documentation skills. They should have a proven track record of managing complex, high-profile projects with remote matrix teams.
Scope: Manage Payment Facilitator Projects for the EU region, managing and understanding the process and procedures of implementing a PF from initiation, discovery, final implementation and BAU rollout.
Required:
Project management experience leading large complex customer implementation projects and partner integrations.
Certification related to project management understanding
Comprehensive knowledge of the European payments industry with a focus on Payment facilitators.
Experience in using Agile/Six sigma certifications and/or equivalent experience. Preferred but not required:
PMP or Prince2
Demonstrated project management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations and product development
Strong interpersonal, communications skills with excellent presentation skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
Time management, task prioritization, and delegation skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work effectively
Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches PC proficiency using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Project and Office Experience in using Salesforce
Travel – up to 25% depending on base location
Qualifications Required to perform your Role:
Project Management qualification (Prince/CAPM/PMP/Agile)
Six Sigma Yellow belt or higher process Qualifications a bonus
Team Working & Leadership Skills - Demonstrable team working skills are paramount - must be able to work towards common goals with other managers and teams in particular with the other Operations, Product teams & Partner Business Development
Organisational Skills – Comfortable delivering multiple work-streams in parallel and experience
Technical Skills – Ability to understand the complete payment process flow and connecting system/application
Analytical Skills - To be able to understand and review a partner`s environment and requirements gather, enabling quick opportunity for integration qualification
Payment Industry Knowledge - Excellent knowledge of the acquiring and payment industry with a focus on Payment Facilitator – delivery of large complex integration projects
Commercial Understanding - Strong commercial knowledge and broad commercial experience
