Job Description

We are recruiting for an Operations BLQA Intelligence Analyst who will be part of Operations Risk first line of defence function supporting Operations across Europe and North America. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a proven commitment to provide excellent customer service and models skills consistent with U.S. Bank Service Advantage Core Values.

Role Overview

• Supporting the effective execution of the BLQA Program, through coordination of BLQA intelligence relating to planning, testing coverage, results and findings, including:

• Preparing, analyzing, and scrubbing data for BLQA planning;

• Reviewing plan and testing results to analyze coverage against policy requirements;

• Providing meaningful reporting results, including trends, themes and opportunities.

• Coordination of data drop-files for Archer and other systems as relevant, as relevant across all APO programs, to ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of data.

• Design and preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed, including Key Indicators.

• Delivery of related programs and initiatives, as the need arises.

Main Qualification, Skills and Experience include:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of experience in an applicable risk management environment.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a user of Power BI / Tableau and Archer eGRC solutions.

• Experience in Python, Power Automation and Alteryx an advantage

• Experience in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets (experience in a large financial institution an advantage)

• Effective task management, strong fact-based communication skills, strong presentation skills, problem solving and analytical ability.

• Ability to cooperate with all levels of management to multi-task in an ever-changing environment and to adjust quickly to shifting priorities

• Ability to work independently and part of a virtual team in a self-directed manner and highly motivated to tackle challenging problems.

• Fluent English
