Building successful customer loyalty and customer care;
Regular checking and updating of the customer account;
Participation in telephone conferences and, if necessary, arrangement of customer visits to strengthen the customer relationship;
Regular checking of the customer account in order to make operational processes more effective;
Ensuring customer satisfaction and the best possible results in close partnership with our sales team and cooperation with other internal departments;
Ensuring confidential processing of customer data and company information in accordance with company policies.
Excellent Polish proficiency, English B2/C1 level ( 70 % communication in Polish, 30 % in English), additional language skills are an advantage;
Experience in customer service;
Willingness to work in hybrid model – 3 days a week in Warsaw office and 2 days at home;
Independent working methods and the ability to manage and prioritise work;
Preferably an understanding of the Cards industry with special knowledge of the acquiring arena;
Strong organizational, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills;
High flexibility and ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers;
Careful processing of customer enquiries and submission of concrete proposals for solutions;
Safe handling of MS Office and common PC applications.
