U.S. Bank Junior Document Management Specialist in Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with two types of customer documents: 1. Chargeback documents, 2. Customer queries (e.g. bank details change forms, address change forms, closures and liquidations, etc.)

  • Gather and organize customer correspondence for examination, scanning and indexing in internal Document Management Systems

  • Responsible for sorting and maintaining electronic and or hard copies of customer correspondence

  • Finalize completed documents confirming all records are included and consolidated to ensure no duplicates or unnecessary documents are stored

  • Prepare and distribute chargeback notification letters to customers within required timeframes

  • Perform clerical duties such document filing, emailing, and proofreading as required

  • Support departmental tasks and projects.


  • Good knowledge of English;

  • Accuracy in passing of financial entries and in working with documentation;

  • Analytical skills;

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;

  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn;

  • Effective time management to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
