Job Description

Job type: Fixed term contract contract for 12 months

Location: Warsaw, Poland


The HR Specialist, EU Employee Services is responsible for providing resolution to employee queries and HR administration in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding and leaves of absence. Will execute within defined processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliant administration.

Main Duties include:

  • Interact and serve as the primary contact to provide excellent customer service to ensure the accurate and timely resolution of all HR related inquiries.

  • Manage HR inquiries/cases raised by Elavon employees via ServiceNow system in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Review and escalate cases through designated channels for follow up, resolution and ticket closure.

  • Provide administration processing in the areas of, on-boarding, off-boarding, leave of absence and general HR support via Workday system

  • Specific administration tasks to include but not limited to;, employment contracts, reference and background checking, all leaves of absence, resignation and acknowledgement references.

  • Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics.

Main Qualification, Skills and Experience include :


  • Completion of secondary education required, university degree preferred.


  • Previous HR experience in the administration of HR, Recruitment, Payroll or Benefits; Experience in customer service or HR Shared Services preferred.

  • Knowledge of Polish labour law.

  • Knowledge of English and Polish is essential, additional languages such as German, Spanish, Norwegian or Swedish will be a plus.

  • Strong PC skills, preferred experience working in HR software such as Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Established vocabulary of general HR terminology (recruitment, payroll, benefits).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with and a customer service approach to problem solving.

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with personal information, compensation and benefit information.
