Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Post and apply multi-currency customer receipts to customer accounts daily, investigate and resolve customer allocation queries in a timely manner.

• Managing a shared mailbox, receiving a wide variety of requests and queries

• Resolve cash posting issues working cross functionally to resolve any issues.

• Attention to detail with an ability to work in an environment where compliance with processes, procedures & SLA’s is paramount.

• Documentation and maintenance of team processes and procedures

• Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service e.g. Automatic Cash functionality

• Participate in adhoc projects.

Skills/Experience

• Educated to third level business qualification not required, but beneficial.

• Cash Applications experience preferred

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in an organised manner.

• Be a self-starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious

• The energy, passion and drive to make it happen.

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to changing priorities.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
