Job Description

Relationship Manager within CBB Operations Vendor Management for oversight of Third Party Vendors. Role will partner with their assigned Line of Business, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) group, Risk Control Specialists, and other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals. Role will create, implement, maintain, review and continually oversee an effective risk management framework for assigned third party vendor relationships. Will participate in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from errors, inadequate processes, systems or human errors. Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a liaison between the Line of Business and the Third Party Vendor.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • One to two years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

  • Basic understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls

  • Basic knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

  • Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

Pay Range: $47,600.00 - $56,000.00 - $61,600.00
