Job Description

Position Highlights

  • Plans, coordinates and prepares Business Line for technical and procedural changes due to strategic and operational initiatives

  • Participates in the development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature

  • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with stakeholders' needs

  • Participates in training users and evaluating the project

  • Motivates performance of the project team through delivery and roll out

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

  • Knowledge of Prepaid or Credit Card Processing is a plus

  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Advanced knowledge of project management

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft application such as Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
