This newly created position will lead all efforts to design, develop and launch the Branch Call Optimization program for the branch network. This program will analyze and interpret branch call patterns, utilize data and technology solutions to improve the experience, test and develop innovative ways to adapt traditional call center solutions into a branch environment, and enable enhanced DIY and self-service solutions for customers. As a business line champion, this leader will partner with internal and external technology SMEs to translate business goals and objectives into impactful solutions.

As a new and undefined area of opportunity, this leader must be proactive and self-motivated with a passion for problem solving. Strong analytical skills are required in addition to the ability to understand and interface with the branch channel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of operations-related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center / telephony environment including IVRs

  • Highly skilled at analyzing data to drive business strategy and solutions

  • Understanding of the branch channel preferred

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to advocate for change and resources need to be successful

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
