Job DescriptionAs part of the People Analytics organization, U.S. Bank is looking for a Data Product Manager who is passionate about innovating and delivering high quality, differentiated data solutions for our Global HR and Business teams. This is an individual contributor role and the individual is expected to have ability to influence without authority. The People Analytics capability is looking to unlock value from People data and use it as key enabler and talent differentiator. This presents continuous opportunities to work on strategic and innovative data products that identify new opportunities/ threats, and guides People data product strategies for the bank.

Responsibilities include: Consult with stakeholders to plan and prioritize delivery of key people insights. Assist in the definition, design and delivery of new client-facing global People data products Collect and analyze data to determine product direction and define business requirements. Deliver quick prototype/temporary solution as we incubate ideas (likely in excel, standalone power BI etc.) Document and enter user stories in Jira/PRFAQ format and assist in story point analyses Document monitor and revise the following artifacts in support of development: product requirements, process maps, use cases, user acceptance test plans, project plans, and release notes Prepare and maintaining the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases Identify opportunities and requests coming our way, includes analyzing adhoc requests with Reporting & Insights team to constantly build & groom product backlog Work with Engineering team and Scrum team members on design, definition, documentation, and implementation of features for new applications, data security, and data structure Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, across the People Analytics function. Serve as first line in assisting Technology in the resolution of issues and roadblocks hindering product delivery. Assist in creating product training and documentation materials in support of the implementation and launch of Analytics Platform applications Drive product adoption by delivering value and results (OKRs). Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirements.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or Engineering preferred. MBA a plus. 6-8 years combined experience in product development and building and specifying business applications, with preferably 2-3 years in People Analytics function/HR HCM systems (Workday) Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative and engaging output. Working knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau with related experience analyzing data as well as writing queries and reports. Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams Experience with Agile software development tools such as Jira or other Agile reporting tools Ability to interpret requirement documents and update test documents accordingly. Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and leadership Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks. Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones across Bank’s global regions.

Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated capabilities in technical-oriented business analysis techniques and user acceptance testing processes/methodologies in large, complex, global organizations. Financial Services (Regulatory environment)
