Job Description

talech, a U.S. Bank company is seeking a Salesforce Developer. The role will play a vital role in the design and implementation of talech’s Salesforce platform. The position will provide innovative solutions to address complex business objectives and system integrations using existing and emerging technology platforms. Also, this individual will execute true end-to-end development and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle.

Ideal candidate will have four years of Salesforce development experience with demonstrated experience in application development. Experience designing comprehensive Salesforce solution for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and coding in APEX. This individual is collaborative and has worked within an Agile environment. Experience with UI design is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

Solution design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud

Develop integration cross salesforce instances

Implement Amazon Connect and CTI integration and develop automations and customizations within Salesforce to enable Omni-channel support

Responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on the force.com platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements

Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes

Develop custom Apex code, perform code reviews and ensure successful deployments

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four years of relevant experience

Experience with Salesforce Service cloud, community cloud and CTI integration (Amazon Connect)

Preferred Skills:

Four years of experience as a Salesforce developer

Expert-level coding skills (APEX, LWC/Aura)

Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities

Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI

Experience with REST/SOAP API integration

Experience with system migration

Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture

Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance, system testing tools and system/application testing and implementation

Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction

Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes

Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills

Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
