Job DescriptionVehicle Lending Concierge Sales Representative will interact with customers through phone, chat and email in a call center work environment. Vehicle lending team members will need the ability to manage a pipeline of potential customers and have the ability to drive sales/service excellence. Role responsibilities include helping the customer with the application process, navigating a digital experience, collecting application stipulations, loan signing, vehicle titling and post funding follow-up. Vehicle Lending team members identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services. Makes sales presentations to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - One to two years of product sales experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations - Strong marketing and business development/sales skills - Well-developed negotiation skills - Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Auto and Recreational Finance experience
