Job Description

Become a part of our energetic team as a Student Ambassador! Student Ambassadors are the face of our college branches, meeting with students to build relationships and educate on what U.S. Bank has to offer. If you enjoy being a part of a team, talking with individuals and attending campus events the Student Ambassador role is what you are looking for. Successful Student Ambassadors will ensure a positive interaction with customers and non-customers while referring U.S. Bank products to those who specialize in the bank's outstanding product line. Represents U.S. Bank at offsite events including tabling events, financial wellness seminars and workplace banking events. Refers customers to other areas of U.S. Bank as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Three to five years of experience in general office and clerical activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Good knowledge of general office procedures

• Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills

• Thorough knowledge of personal computers and other office equipment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to collect and organize information
