Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Writer with demonstrated written communication and documentation experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
The Technical Writer will be part of the Wholesale Lending Transformation. The role includes researching, designing, developing, and maintaining all types of system-related documentation in various formats to guide users on how to perform existing processes and procedures within nCino.
Coordinate efforts with training, subject matter experts, risk reviewers and other team members to ensure cohesiveness and consistency across all system procedures.
Maintain and manage system document database to support an efficient user search functionality. Provides consulting services and documentation design to development teams, subject matter experts, and internal business groups. Determines documentation needs, requirements, and presentation methods that meet business needs.
Leads and participates in documentation review meetings with application development team and the business line, including management, to ensure quality of finished documentation product. Uses and provides feedback on highly complex software products and works closely with development teams to create and maintain useful help functions and features.

Basic Qualifications -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience -At least 5 years’ experience with the research, design, development, and maintenance of all types of system-related documentation.
Preferred Skills/Experience Basic understanding in: -Application development tools Working experience in: -IT environment -Fast-paced project -Application delivery process Extensive experience in: -Technical writing/documentation -Visio -Adobe acrobat professional -Microsoft office/PowerPoint
