Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager, who will be part of the Credit Card Capabilities Team and will lend his/her support to the business and consumer credit and debit product teams. In support of these teams, he/she will facilitate prioritization of new work requests, initiate Internal controls (BCRA/PRISM), and engage with technical teams (internally and externally) to build out and bring new products and features to market. Additional responsibilities include: • Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs; • Meets product profit and growth goals’ • Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position, and pricing philosophy; • Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives; and • Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinates legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.
Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Six to eight years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience • Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills • Strong product management, design, and development skills • Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation, and strategic analysis • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills • Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $92,735.00 - $109,100.00 - $120,010.00
