Job DescriptionElan Lead Generation & Analytics (ELGA) Senior Marketing Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: Become a member of the Elan Partnership Development (EPD) team. The EPD team consists of both the Elan Advisory Services (EAS) sales team and the Elan Credit Card (ECC) sales team.

EAS provides solutions such as end‐to‐end agent credit card services, mortgage services, and merchant processing to help financial institutions increase revenue and efficiencies. The ECC team offers outsourced credit card solutions to banks and credit unions across the United States.

This Senior Marketing Project Manager focus on Elan lead generation and marketing activities in support of the EPD Sales & Business Development function, which would include: Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase EAS and ECC’s brand awareness with targeted financial institutions. Potential avenues include industry advertising and event planning (trade publications such as Callahan’s creditunions.com, PYMNTS.com, CUInsight, CUNA, online/web efforts, collateral development, website management and associated analytics.

Support project management to execute prospecting campaigns (EAS and ECC to financial institution C-level). Research and assist in developing key messaging.

Support website maintenance and development. Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to author and edit webpages. Manage digital content for online use, and work closely with internal teams.

Planning, development and engagement of internal & external experts in support of developing white papers supporting EAS and ECC’s industry leading results and practices.

Manage internal compliance third party risk management (TPRM) and oversee marketing materials submissions into compliance CAT system.

Proofread and manage final rounds of marketing creative.

Keys to success include: Aptitude to learn the EAS and ECC programs (Understand what the ELGA team does within the first month of role. Understand how ELGA functions within EPD, EAS and ECC within first three months of role.)

Strong ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks on a daily/weekly basis and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Strong proofreading skills.

Desire to excel within a team environment.

Experience in meeting deadlines (strong sense of urgency).

Exceptional organizational skills and working well under pressure.

Quick to adapt to changing demands and “unplanned” projects as Sales requests for new initiatives are frequent.

Ability to work closely with agencies and within “agency” hours of 9am to 5pm CT.

Negotiation skills a must to keep projects within a set budget.

Capability to take information and formulate that data into effective written communications.

Technologically savvy.

Familiarity with website and design programs such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

Financial services and salesforce.com experience a plus
