Job DescriptionReviews, monitors, researches and analyzes potential loss issues related to customer accounts for retail branches. Identifies valid and fraudulent charges, sets up fraud files, and reconciles and resolves fraud losses. Communicates with customers and/or bankers to notify of inquiries or problem resolution. Reports currency transactions, Regulation D violations, returned deposit items, new account reviews, miscellaneous losses and account fraud issues.Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - One to two years of clerical experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Some knowledge of banking operational policies, procedures, products and services - Strong ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions - Good analytical skills - Ability to work with unwritten but generally understood instructions - Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
