Job DescriptionThe Physical Asset Optimization group is responsible for providing overall management for new or existing assets across the retail banking markets. In this role you will act as the communication and project management liaison for all Physical Asset Optimization and Consumer & Business Banking projects or activities.

Candidate participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Knowledge of financial reporting, ability to discern amongst urgent and important issues, along with willingness to learn distribution aspects of geographic network is critical to building functional partnerships within the organization. The ability to handle potentially difficult interactions while anticipating and diffusing potential conflicts is essential.
Basic Qualifications - Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience - Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area - Financial Services Industry experience highly preferred - Demonstrated management and leadership skills - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Commercial real estate or retail development experience required - Market planning or retail distribution knowledge preferred - Advanced knowledge of project management - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
