Job DescriptionAre you passionate about the role of Workday in rewarding our employees? This candidate will be joining an energetic and newly formed HR Product Services team. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong leadership skills and an extensive background in designing, building and maintaining scalable and innovative Total Reward employee experiences. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in business analysis and Workday Compensation features. The Product Manager will partner closely with key stakeholders and the Agile team to drive the evolution of the Reward product, responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities. The candidate will provide constant feedback to the business line(s) and Agile teams in support of delivery and evolution of the product.

Position requires advanced configuration expertise in Workday Compensation and related infrastructure components. The candidate must develop a well-rounded understanding of the customer’s needs that are aligned with business objectives as well as an ability to develop close relationships with key stakeholders. Acts as key resource on agile scrum team managing story delivery including requirements, sizing, testing and planning. Proactively engage all stakeholder feedback needed to deliver employee experiences. Represents HR business line in enterprise initiatives, participates in technical design, process workflow and communication discussions.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog - Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work - Considerable understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of the Lean/Agile mindset - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams - Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills - Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $117,385.00 - $138,100.00 - $151,910.00
