Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished Asset Specialist Manager with asset reporting and compliance management experience using ServiceNow to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Provides thought leadership and guidance to operations team of asset specialists responsible for all hardware and software assets. Position focuses on management reporting, audit and compliance, financial aspects, process and controls, lifecycle management, and governance. Develops objectives with long and short term goals for assigned areas of responsibility consistent with corporate goals and objectives. Participates in strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and management of asset resources according to business priorities. Provides technical direction and ensures standards of quality and quantity of work are met. Works with business line management helping ensure the implementation of key risk management practices and procedures in the normal course of business operation. Provides written and verbal reports to senior management regarding the status of departmental goals and initiatives on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as defined by operational standards.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 7 years experience with the processes, tools and guidelines for overseeing and optimizing the costs and revenues for IT services. At least 7 years experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques for managing IT assets. At least 7 years experience within a total Information Technology (IT) environment.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
