Job DescriptionThe Client Account Manager/Executive is the strategic face of Elavon to the client, representing multiple Elavon business channels. They are responsible for the overall management of a book of National accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals. Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance. Is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.This position is available to telecommute in all states except Alaska and Vermont.
Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: 73,100.00 - 97,400.00 - 121,800.00 USD Annual
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience - Eight to 10 years of client management experience in the financial industryPreferred Skills/Experience - Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills - Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Proven customer service/relations skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications - Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Some knowledge of Elavon products and systems helpful- Experience working with clients in the public sector and higher education - Travel is required 40%-50% of work time Benefits: Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
