Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Business Systems Consultant with liaison and relationship management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Responsible for consulting to Information Technology and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning, and implementation of cross-functional applications.

Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how business units conduct business focused on Customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.

Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective. Responsible for demonstrating current and proposed CRM (Salesforce) functionality among various business lines and executive management Engage business partners to elicit stated and implied users needs, define and maintain evolving business requirements, drive to deliverables that meeting the business needs. Ability to understand business needs, translate them to requirements/user stories and deliver value-added solutions.

Salesforce is the CRM platform within Wealth Management. The candidate should: Have an Understanding of Salesforce declarative/customization capabilities Advise business on Salesforce best practices and tools/solutions Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the Salesforce CRM platform while driving for OOTB solutions and articulate pros/cons of customizations In depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com Acts as a Salesforce subject matter expert in discussions and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders

Aware of and influences future technology capabilities and strategy. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on large process improvement projects designed to improve business results.

Works with, and lead, technology and application development teams to design or select solutions that appropriately meet the business needs for large and complex projects. Reviews and coordinates execution of test plans for multiple projects.

Assists and at times, may lead clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex application problems related to system functions. Often first point of contact for user support and problem solving. May manage projects. Frequently interfaces with business lines, including management, and/or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project/release work.

Basic Qualifications -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience -At least 10 years experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.

Preferred Skills/Experience Subject matter expert in: - Salesforce Platform - Business assessment - Requirements analysis - Workflow analysis - Modeling: data, process, events, objects - Business process modeling - IT standards, procedures, policy

Extensive experience in: - System development life cycle - IT environment - System testing

Working experience in: - Information management - IT project management - Product and vendor evaluation

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
