Job DescriptionPosition is on Commercial Real Estate’s Specialized Debt Capital team which originates and oversees a portfolio of real estate secured term loans. Position will report to the Regional Underwriting Manager for Specialized Debt Capital and works with CRE’s local offices who source the opportunities. Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: i) screening new loan opportunities, ii) analyzing new loan opportunities and iii) managing a portfolio of loans.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years of credit experience

Preferred Skills / Experience -Basic knowledge of Argus preferred -Experience with real estate transactions is a plus (capital markets or leasing) -Strong analytic and presentation skills. -Creativity and adaptiveness to react quickly
