Job DescriptionThe Client Sales Executives will provide focused client relationship management to their HFA Clients, which requires client sales personnel to be knowledgeable in all of the specific attributes of each HFA and the lender programs offered by their HFA client. They will develop and maintain a strong working relationship with their HFA team members (Operations, Lender Management, Client Sales Support, the GSEs, Servicing, Financial Advisors, Trustees, Bond Counsel) and provide ongoing support to the participating lender community.

Role Responsibilities Work current HFA lender base with HFA to achieve deeper penetration to increase volume

Work with Correspondent Account Executives to convert Correspondent lenders to HFA approved lenders and HFA to Correspondent

Attend lender watchlist review meetings and update Sharepoint

Engage HFA and lender on watchlist review issues

Consult and deliver Pricing updates/changes to HFAs

Create new and/or modify product guidelines for each HFA program

Deliver modified product guidelines to CMO for updates to Allregs

Establish program matrix for each program and deliver to Operations

Monitor HFA, Program Administrator, and Agency websites for updates

Assist the HFAs in developing new products

Facilitate in obtaining or creating specialized reports for HFAs

Analyze report information with HFAs

Analytical guidance in resolving issues within the HFA Division

Utilize the HFA Servicing Liaison to resolve servicing issues

Review and provide comments on terms and conditions for RFPs

Review bond program closing documents

Attend national, state, and local housing conferences as needed

Participation on conference panels and support at the exhibition booth

Perform client reviews via WebEx or in person

Attendance at various receptions, informational sessions, and client appreciation functions

Facilitate conference calls with the HFAs and HFA team members

Engage Sales Support to assist in HFA requests

Training Consult and determine lender training needs within the scope of the HFA program

Partner with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for training

Setup lender trainings on WebEx

Coordinate with the HFA team to determine the appropriate forum, specialized information, and to prepare a team presentation

Conduct in-person lender trainings as requested by the HFA

Participate in UniteUs training

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight to 10 years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders - Advanced understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results - Strong analytical and forecasting skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision - Ability to work as a team leader - Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills - Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
