Job Description About the team U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Application Developer with strong development and SDLC experiences to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in Data Management and Delivery (DMD) team. The DMD team provides development and support of workforce management tools, business reporting tools, collaboration tools for multiple applications as well as provides technology consultation to our business partners within Operation Services area.

What you will do Working within the framework of AGILE methodology and U.S. Bank technology standards, you will be part of Agile Sprint teams fully participating in the entire project life-cycle, including Requirements Gathering, Project Estimates, Database Design, Web/SQL/ETL Development, Testing, and Deployment to help develop secure, maintainable, and scalable workflow and performance management reporting application systems. You'll be working closely with your Sprint team members (which include Product Owner, Developers, and Analyst/Testers), IT development/support, and Architecture groups while collaborating with several lines of business. On occasions, you would be responsible for on-call production support and issue resolution, off-hour production deployments, and miscellaneous IT administrative support tasks.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

At least five years of experience with developing and implementing applications

Preferred/skills/Experience Strong C#.NET and ASP.NET with MVC 5.0 on .NET 4.7 Framework or above Development in SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 with strong T-SQL experience writing stored procedures and functions plus multi-joins, foreign keys, indexing, optimization and ETL/SSIS.

Visual Studio 2015/2016/2019

HTML5 / CSS3 / Javascript / jQuery

Experience developing & implementing .NET/SQL solutions with integrated reporting

AGILE development methodology and practices.

Developing custom controls, APIs, and code libraries for code reusability.

Understanding of IIS (Internet Information Services), Application Pools, and Virtual Directories

Revision / Source Control tools (such as Team Foundation Server and JFrog Artifactory)

ForgeRock and/or Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g

Enterprise Jenkins Pipeline for CI/CD (including Fortify, Black Duck, and SonarQube Scans).

Change Management tools (ServiceNow)

Banking / Financial Industry background.

Experience with the following a plus: Power BI / Crystal Reports / WebFOCUS

Microsoft Unit Testing Framework or use of automated testing tool.

Developing in .NET using WPF, WCF, EDM, Entity Framework, and entity SQL

Telerik/Kendo UI for ASP.NET

UCD for code deployment and SQL Server Automation StoreFront for DBA tools

SQL Data Tools (SSDT)

PowerShell

Installation authoring software (Admin Studio/Installshield 2016/2020).

VISIO (UML diagrams, workflow diagrams).
