U.S. Bank Partner Manager - Agent Bank/Community Bank Channel in Springfield, Illinois

Job DescriptionAs a Partner Manager/Director in the Agent Bank Channel (Community Bank Channel), you will manage all relationship management activities for partners in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region. Responsibilities will include review and recommend objectives and procedures that will improve overall partner merchant services program, identify business opportunities and recommend referral strategies, coordinates the business development programs as well as communicating progress updates with partner. Manages all partner contract negotiations. Develop solutions for problem accounts and/or challenges within the partner program.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four to six years of sales experience in the financial services industry

Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience Strong understanding of all products and services applicable to target partner segment

Advanced knowledge of all organization products and operations

Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities

Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Strong navigation skills using a variety of software packages including all Microsoft Office applications
