Job DescriptionResponsible for the development, execution, and documentation of quality testing for assigned business groups. Participates in the overall Quality Assurance Program strategy, which addresses operational and compliance risks, as well as policy requirements.
Specific responsibilities include: - Managing the development of test procedures/scripts for multiple functional areas within the business line - Investigating compliance of the laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures that apply to one or more functional areas supported - Ensuring proficient knowledge of the operations of the functional areas - Monitoring key risk indicators and emerging risks to identify potential edits or updates for existing test scripts/procedures - Performing routine to moderately complex testing and control assessment activities in accordance to the annual test plan - Creating comprehensive audit trails/work papers and assessing and documenting appropriate test conclusions - Identifying control deficiencies and documenting test results - Leading collaboration sessions with the business unit to vet test findings and review testing results - Identifying and documenting the process to pull samplings - Maintaining accurate and complete records and preparing statements and reports - Providing project and analytical support for medium projects and/or assisting with larger, more complex projects
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong accuracy and attention to detail - Proficient systems knowledge for data mining and user proficiency - Proven critical thinking and analytical skills - Advanced knowledge of card-related laws and regulations, and an understanding of the payments industry - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data - Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with various levels of management - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications - Strong process facilitation and project management skills - Applicable professional certifications
