Job DescriptionThis position seeks a treasury management sales professional with corporate banking experience. Specific experience in healthcare, higher education, non-profit and food & beverage industries will be given priority. The Bank prides itself in solutions selling and fully expects the selected person analyze customer treasury management needs through discovery sessions with customers, holistic recommendation evaluation, and specific service solution recommendations. Contacts prospective customers to develop new treasury management business
Manages relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business
Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends services which would benefit clients
Identifies opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs
Assists management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives
Meets or exceeds set fee income and portfolio growth goals
Assists in the design and ensures the proper installation of treasury management services
Assists management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
Extensive knowledge of treasury management products including faster payment processes
Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services, and operations
Strong sales and new business development skills
Excellent customer service and relations skills
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Significant travel may be required at times including driving to some locations
Certified Treasury Professional preferred
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative encouraged
