Job DescriptionU.S. Bank’s Talent Sourcing team is hiring multiple Talent Sourcers and Senior Talent Sourcers. If you have experience sourcing talent and want to help U.S. Bank find and hire the best people. We want to talk to you! As a Talent Sourcer you will partner with Recruiters and Hiring managers to understand the business line needs. You will leverage various channels to build a diverse pool of potential candidates and talent pipelines. Interact with potential candidates on job boards, social media and professional networks
Use an array of sourcing strategies and tools to develop and qualify top talent to present to a hiring or recruiting teams
Maintain relationships with candidate until hire, and work closely with Recruiter to fulfill the hiring goals for the firm
Ability to manage conversations with candidates including salary negotiation and dispositioning
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Own candidate management, qualifying interviews, develop and maintain candidate pipelines of additional prospects for current and future openings
Communicate with past applicants and prospects regarding new job opportunities
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with [2 years minimum recruiting/talent sourcing experience]. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
Experience in sourcing, candidate development in a fast-paced environment
Advanced user knowledge of technology and online sourcing and research tools
Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs), such as Workday and Phenom
Sourcing/research skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions; possess a keen eye for talent with ability to quickly qualify candidates
Name generation and/or organizational mapping experience preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $62,900.00 - $74,000.00 - $81,400.00
