U.S. Bank’s Consumer and Business Banking recruiting team is looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join their team! This team supports recruiting efforts in branch locations in western and mountain states. This is a hybrid role combining time onsite at events or in the office and work from home. In this role, you’ll hire Client Relationship Consultants (Bankers) and Branch Managers for assigned locations (roughly 100 branches). This is high volume recruiting with continuous opportunities to find talent for customer facing teams. You will source talent creatively though events, community partnerships, indeed, LinkedIn and other tools. This role is a key partner to area leaders and will be a part of designing the area recruiting strategy and providing key insights into the talent landscape.
Location: We are open to candidates in the following states: Arizona, California, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana or New Mexico. Within these states, candidates will need to be able to work hybrid out of a U.S. Bank location. Our hybrid roles blend time spent onsite and at events with time working remote.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of recruiting experience
Skilled in tools such as; Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Phenom, Workday, Facebook, Boolean search and other creative sourcing tools
Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Strong marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $68,765.00 - $80,900.00 - $88,990.00
