Job Description

In this channel/product management position, work as part of a digital platform team to manage online and mobile services for U.S. Bank and U.S. Bancorp Investment clients. Work closely with other product managers, vendors and stakeholders to define, own and deliver digital client experience related to onboarding, investing, and related capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Write vision documents, direct business requirements process, manage digital product backlog, and direct cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities and enhancements to online, mobile, and back office systems.

• Act as business proponent and investments digital channel manager for new online and mobile feature development.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams providing insights from data analytics, A/B/n testing and conversion rate optimization. Focus on activities to improve adoption, build product awareness and develop an intuitive online experience.

• Work closely with vendors on analytics, ideation and design of vendor product enhancements.

• Manage design, development and implementation of existing product enhancements supporting organization and business line objectives.

• Manage the development and maintenance of competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends. Conduct consumer research and usability studies and incorporate findings into product refinement.

• Manage the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance.

• Review strategic product and market perspectives; evaluating long term effects and anticipating changes.

• Contribute to the development of collateral material, training programs, operational procedures and systems requirements.

• Ensure digital products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal and compliance review of all platform functionality, content, supporting collateral materials and documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• 8 or more years of related work experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of work experience in financial services related to investing, onboarding, payments

• Experience working in Agile product development environments

• Ability to successfully partner with product management, user experience, marketing, business analysts, technology, operations, customer service, risk management, legal/compliance and data teams

• Experience writing vision documents, stories and other Agile product owner artifacts, working through development and deployment with a well-established process to deliver on project plans

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills

• Strategic thinker with a positive, action-oriented drive

• Outstanding verbal and written communications

• Proven collaborator and team player as well as success working in a matrix environment

• Experience working with strategic partners and vendors

• Experience in wealth management, a plus
