Job DescriptionThe role of the User Experience Strategist Work to recognize opportunities for innovation for financial services and products, and create and define strategies that provide a competitive advantage over other companies. Facilitate exploration and design thinking that may lead to industry advancements. Design impactful digital experience Creates plans that align the people, culture, communications and processes needed to take action and make decisions Identifies potential risks and subsequent mitigation strategies when design approaches Provide UX thought-leadership with a focus on converting strong conceptual thinking to impactful experiences. Work with peers and partners to contribute concepts to product strategy, develop user journeys, and influence decision-making as it relates to defining impactful experiences. Embody best-in-class UX thinking, unending curiosity and creative energy to achieve great outcomes and superior customer experiences. Gain insights into customer behavior and digital properties’ analytics to help drive product enhancements. Leverage usability testing and other modes of user feedback and measurement to create better and more impactful experiences. Provides leadership in business model thinking and prototyping to bridge the design to business gap, including projecting financials, defining KPIs, etc. Provides design recommendations and or artifacts for Innovation initiatives and projects, ensuring that initiative strategies are aligned with Innovation KPI’s, brand, and company objectives Must have strong experience with quantitative methodologies for demonstrating new concept value propositions, benefits, and positioning Provides design leadership around innovation analysis and synthesis, including the ability to framework, articulate design based on insights, clear design principles with clear link to ideation and idea refinement Able to develop criteria and point of view on innovation opportunity areas and prioritization Able to design and facilitate working session for both small and larger groups who may not be familiar with Lean Start Up process or Innovation practices. Has experience in developing prototype and pilots for services, experiences, or in-market experiments. Able to lead "lean startup" build-learn-measure methodology. Provided clarity and direction in a highly ambiguous and fast moving culture. Must be an articulate communicator comfortable defending ideas, enrolling business partners, educating teams on methodology, and presenting to high-level stakeholdersProven ability to articulate design needs, in addition to creating high quality design deliverable. A creative problem solver. Strong presentation skills.
