Job DescriptionPrimary Job Description Product manager focused on US Bancorp Investment’s online trading and robo-advisor platforms.
Play lead generalist role in overseeing and supporting both platforms and driving growth and efficiency to meet strategic objectives.
Work closely with technology, operations, marketing and other relevant providers/partners to ensure high level functionality for program tools and features.
Coordinate with compliance and risk management personnel to effectively manage digital platforms for regulatory/risk considerations.
Oversee the evaluation of market trends, program development efforts, product positioning and pricing philosophy.
Work through cross functional teams to develop appropriate functionality and features for existing products and new products and services to meet the needs of the retail consumer.
Collaborate with other business lines to develop new opportunities.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and coordinate legal/compliance review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.
Recommend enhancements to product lines to stimulate sales and meet objectives
Assist with monitoring the health of the Product Roadmap based on assigned initiatives
Partner with US Bank’s Asset Management Group to implement/update portfolio models, associated securities, and trade algorithm configuration.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience Knowledge of brokerage, investment advisory experience in the digital space
Experience coordinating on compliance/risk related retail investment initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives, influence partners and drive to execution.
Strong analytical skills and experience.
FINRA Series 7 desired but not required
Experience with predictive models (e.g., Monte Carlo simulation)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and competitive analysis
Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
