Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this position is to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience for the ultra high net worth clients of Ascent Private Capital Management. Coordinates operational effectiveness among banking, trust, investment management, financial administration, and wealth planning and information management to support efficient and coordinated interactions for extremely complex clients. This position coordinates all of the client meetings and events for the regional team and ensures responsive, accurate and proactive customer service. Creates and maintains excellent professional relationships with all key partners and team members.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of relevant experience, with at least eight or more years of experience in wealth management or business serving UHNW clients

Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services - Strong project and relationship management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving expertise in working within the private wealth multidisciplinary - Ability to partner with clients to identify and service unique customer needs - Ability to work and make critical decisions independently - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated success in attracting and retaining prospective clients
