Job DescriptionJob Description Lead the evaluation and mitigation of Risk & Security in our IT Asset Management (ITAM) function for the TOS organization Lead the investigation into the current state for ITAM and what the future state ought to be with the first MVP focusing on the risk and security aspects of our current landscape Evaluate the current asset landscape and the firm’s hardware, software and configuration management processes and tools. Find out gaps and formulate our mitigation / ways to strengthen it Works across the organization to foster a culture of architecture that allows for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling of ITAM. Influences partner teams in the organization in anticipation of future use cases and helps them make design decisions that minimize the cost of future changes. Sets the direction of the ITAM roadmap. Determines the Return-on-Investment, our plan to evolve ITAM from where we are via iterative MVPs Drives and sets a culture of partnership across the organization. Actively works with the security team to set and refine organization-wide security strategy. Fosters a security first mindset across the organization. Drives security awareness and culture across the organization. Takes ownership of decisions made in the engineering organization by helping teams make clear decisions in alignment with enterprise goals, backing decisions made, and taking responsibility for their success. Ensures accountability is practiced throughout the organization. Sets the direction of the delivery process across the organization, on the importance and purpose of the methodology, has a clear point of view and guides the organization on improvements to the delivery process. Promotes a culture amongst engineering of delivering features with minimal disruption to production. Responsible for executing product roadmap on-time and within budget and ensures security and relevant compliance of core systems. Ensures expectations across the organization and external stakeholders are clarified between all parties involved. Identifies dependencies across the organization and works with individual teams to resolve them before they become an issue and installs preventative measures to mitigate repeat occurrences. Works across the organization to foster a culture of priority setting and urgency in alignment with organizational strategy. Coaches the team on making trade-offs, prioritization and managing technical debt. Identifies and manages technical and business risk.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management Exposure to Hardware, Software ITAM packages like Service now Works to keep skills up-to-date to aid in decision making, coaching and facilitation. Has basic knowledge in a wide variety of risk areas and deep expertise in ITAM
Preferred Skills/Experience Thorough understanding of several USB team's domains and how they contribute to the overall business strategy and alignment to the technical strategy Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Proven collaboration and influencing skills
