Job Description

SUMMARY

Responsible for leading a team of Fee Analysts within the Global Fee Management team focused on Wealth Management & Investment Services European client billings and Global Fee Management risk management, compliance, quality assurance and procedure oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/regions(s). Ensures quality service and effective securities operations activities for all supported internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the preparation of the department's budget and is accountable for managing expenses and actively contributing to the achievement of department net income goals. Proactively manages operational risks associated with span of responsibility, including the identification of control gaps and the design of operational controls to mitigate risks and financial exposure to the organization. Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units and coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.

REQUIRED

  • Seven or more years of experience in trust and securities operational functions

  • Five to seven years of management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and services

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Securities Services business lines and clients

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent supervisory and management skills, including a well-developed knowledge of human resources

  • Ability to manage multiple, unrelated tasks

  • Three or more years of experience managing managers

This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
