Job Description

This role sits within the Change, Vendor, and Procedure Management Group under CBBO Support Administration. The team is primarily responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining business line reporting, heavily leveraging Power Bi

  • Modernizing manual business line processes, heavily leveraging Power Apps

  • Providing subject matter expertise to enable our business partners to operate effectively, in a controlled environment

This position will leverage a combination of business process knowledge and technical ability to ideate, build, and maintain solutions for our partners. Primarily using Power Bi, this position will be responsible for organizing, cleaning, and visualizing data for management reporting.

A successful candidate will be motivated by curiosity and be energized by outside the box thinking. Additionally, a successful candidate will be one who’s intrinsically motivated to learn and apply new tools and technologies to solve business challenges.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Bi (Power Apps, Power Bi, Power Automate)

  • Experience building moderate to complex business reporting

  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop with new technologies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of applicable experience

  • Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Intermediate understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls

  • Intermediate understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

  • Ability to build and manage a team of Business Risk professionals who have credibility and work directly with business line management, as appropriate

  • Basic knowledge of Business Risk competencies

  • Strong process facilitation and project management skills

  • Effective presentation and relationship building skills

  • Well-developed analytical skills

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs

  • Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $79,135.00 - $93,100.00 - $102,410.00
