U.S. Bank Bond Operations Processor 4 - Saint Paul, MN in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota
Provides quality support to external clients, and other internal departments, by responding to and resolving issues, researching requests, and/or questions associated with correspondence processing for bondholder related products and services. Acts as liaison between external clients and back office and other staff. Isolates and identifies source of problem related concerns. Provides timely resolution to correspondence to adhere to regulatory requirements and service level agreements. Follows up with internal or external customers ensuring resolution.
High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of experience in transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Ability to follow procedure and processing requirements related to correspondence and other processes
Well-developed interpersonal, comprehensive, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
