In this role you will have an opportunity to engage with multiple teams at USBCDC as you prepare tax reporting related to our tax credit investments (Affordable Housing, Renewable Energy, Historic, and New Markets). This reporting consists of calculations related to taxable income/loss, tax credits, deferred income and other significant M-3 adjustments delivered to our Corporate Tax team on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. These calculations support U.S. Bank’s quarterly estimated tax payments, provision calculations, and adjustments to be included in the consolidated 1120 tax return. Additionally, you will have the ability to engage with external partners and tax preparers as you conduct a review of partnership tax returns received from our investments.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four to six years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Excellent accounting, tax accounting, mathematical, and analytical skills - Proven ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data - Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations - Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
