Job Description
The HR Data Management Lead, will provide day-to-day oversight and leadership for a team responsible for HR system data governance and related maintenance (ex: EIBs), historic data corrections, position management maintenance, as well as Workday production support activities. Primarily focused on the data impacts which require some level of remediation and clean-up, this team lead is accountable for the establishment, implementation and ongoing execution of data monitoring guidelines, processes, and procedures ensuring the fidelity and accuracy of HR systems data.
By establishing a monitoring framework associated with HR cyclical, as well as unscheduled clean-up activities, the data extracted from the system should have an extremely high degree of accuracy and reliability. Additional, day-to-day responsibilities will include Workday production support and associated activities.
Critical skills include, technical knowledge of employee facing HR tools such as Workday, experience with systems report development and maintenance, identifying and delivering process/continuous improvement activities, development of process documentation and team guidelines.
Location: Hybrid out of U.S. Bank corporate office. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Team Leadership experience
Knowledge of data governance and management in Workday
Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
mindset
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
