U.S. Bank U.S. Bank HR Employee Service Representative - Robbinsdale, Minnesota in ROBBINSDALE, Minnesota

The HR Employee Service Representative will provide general administration of Human Resources actives through timely request fulfillment within a service center environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Manage queue of assigned cases and ensure timely processing occurs within specified service level agreement.

-Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics.

-Maintain a clear understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to assigned areas and projects.

-Work with Center of Expertise members to provide high-level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine escalated inquiries.

-Assist with ongoing operational processes and audits to ensure business line needs are met and all service level agreements are adhered to.

-Handle sensitive company and personal information, which requires a high degree of confidentiality.

-Employ a risk-based approach to problem solving.

*This position is located in Robbinsdale, MN and is not open to home-based/remote

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

-2-year college or post-secondary coursework in related field or applicable work experience.

-1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or other applicable customer service role(s).

-Strong verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree

-3 years of customer service experience

-Experience with HRIS

-Established vocabulary of HR terminology (recruitment, payroll, benefits)

-Experience with business process improvement and/or project management
