U.S. Bank U.S. Bank HR Analyst, Employee Data Management - Robbinsdale, MN in ROBBINSDALE, Minnesota

The Analyst, Employee Data Management is responsible for accuracy of employee data. Researches and corrects employee job data to ensure data integrity and eliminate errors through downstream processing. Runs queries and performs audits to support risk, audit and data privacy compliance. Will complete mass data changes and data validation activities to support the HR function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Process job updates using knowledge and established business processes with HRIS (PeopleSoft/Workday). Determine correct course of action related to new records versus corrections.

  • Review exception and audit reports by running queries; resolve irregularities or partner with correct person or team to facilitate necessary corrections.

  • Respond and resolve Tier II cases from Employee Services regarding employee data changes.

  • Review and approve requested data changes to ensure compliance and adherence to established business processes.

  • Perform mass data changes, terminated employee data updates.

  • Complete data validation and data corrections as necessary for HR program support. This will include but not be limited to nomination and eligibility audits, data readiness for annual employee engagement survey, annual enrollment and year-end vacation payouts in required states.

-Fulfill report and query requests related to HR Operations to support efficient, accurate and timely data needed to help resolve issues or perform tasks within Employee Services.

  • Provides ideas and develops processes for improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency regarding employee data and to ensure accurate job records.

  • Through partnership with Finance and LOB HR maintain accurate position management with Workday HRIS.

  • Assist with testing and data conversion regression testing from PeopleSoft to Workday.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in an associated HR position; preferably managing HR data with HRIS

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience utilizing Workday

  • Proficient with Excel

  • Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of data
