Job DescriptionAs a Benefits Administrator you'll be responsible for the following;
Responsible for the administration of benefit plans/programs for active and former employees, including adherence to all regulatory guidelines, with minimal supervision.
Responsible for current benefit plan documents and management of applicable third parties to ensure administration is completed as defined in the plan documents.
Build and manage relationships with vendors and other HR functions.
Assist with communication strategy to increase awareness and engagement in our healthcare programs.
Research and respond to employee inquiries about benefits. Help resolve issues or concerns in an effective and proactive manner.
Handle sensitive personal information, which requires a high degree of confidentiality.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 + years in Benefits admin or related
Preferred Skills/Experience: Knowledge of benefit administration
Experience in Benefits administration, specifically health care (medical and dental plans)
Excellent oral and written communication, ability to convey benefit and technical concepts to people at all levels of the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service approach to problem solving
Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with personal information
Strong PC skills with solid experience with MS Office applications
