Job Description
This role is a business analyst support core GL processes reporting to the head of GL operations. This role is responsible for analysis, automation and business design of processes and workflows to improve the capture, controls management and analysis/automation of GL entries in support of GL Operations and Corporate Accounting. This individual will play an integral role in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Financial Reporting.
Responsible for the design and development of Workday Financial Management systems. Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. Understands and reviews the functional designs created by the application development team to ensure that the solutions appropriately meet the business needs. Serve as project leader on projects supporting new functionality development or enhancement updates. Creates project and test plans in addition to participating in the testing (i.e., executes, validates, and reports defects during system testing).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
In-depth knowledge of Workday Financial Management (system architecture, business process framework and security)
Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting
Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
Basic knowledge of various computer applications, programming, hardware, software, micro computers, and systems design
Well-developed analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a project team
Self starter with strong attention to detail
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications, Workday, Prism.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $90,100.00 - $106,000.00 - $116,600.00
