Job DescriptionResponsible for reviewing and processing telecom and technology related invoices, as well as working on billing-related projects. Analyzes, audits and reviews invoice details and compares with technology/network contract terms and inventory records. Initiates billing disputes with the vendor as needed. Responds to business line requests for billing information. Verifies billing for all new service and cancellation orders for voice and data network lines and equipment. May perform work on billing related projects (e.g. breaking up or reorganizing summary bills, conversion from paper to electronic billing, vendor account reconciliations, etc.). Basic Qualifications - Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience - Two or more years of experience in financial management - One or more years of experience in telecommunications

Preferred Skills/Experience - Good understanding of billing and processing systems - Well-developed clerical and customer service skills - Ability to collect and organize information - Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
