U.S. Bank Supplier Analyst III - Richfield, MN in RICHFIELD, Minnesota

U.S. Bank is seeking a Statement of Work Program Manager for the Technology & Operation Services organization. The new program will be an expansion of the existing IT Contingent Workforce Program. Strong project and process management skills to design the program and continue to operate efficiently. Deep experience with non -employee workforce programs. Assess business requirements designs appropriate program service offerings. Define and develop program documentation. Provides consultation to internal customers to align proper categorization of work through the program. Provide technical expertise of vendor management system to configure tool to meet business needs. Presents findings and recommendations to business process owners and executive leadership team. Frequently interfaces with business lines, executive leadership and U.S. Bank suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

• Design IT Statement of Work Program:

o Administration and configuration of Vendor Management System

o Design end to end process to onboard SOWs and suppliers

o Program documentation and Standard Operating Procedures

• Executive communication and reporting

• Monitor operational execution

o Supplier onboarding

o SOW intake and configuration

• Manage Supplier relationships and performance

• Report and analyze supplier engagement metrics

• Provide consultation on categorization of workforce requests

• Internal Change Management of SOW program

• Develop and maintain internal client relationships

• Supplier Management with Professional Services

• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-At least 6 years experience with design, development and utilization of formal IT vendor contracts with internal or external customers.
