Job Description
As an Office 365 Solutions Architect with U.S. Bank, you will partner with business lines, platform owners, and technical counterparts in support of enterprise business products that help employees be more effective and efficient. This team is comprised of subject matter experts for employee technology primarily focused on the Microsoft suite of tools.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and drive improvement for core employee technology products
Partner with engineering teams, understand user experience, and operationalize improvements
Get service vision and execute strategy from product owner to drive alignment in catalog and systems
Set priorities for product improvement and manage enhancements
Orchestrate initial process conversations with all interested parties
Identify impacted groups and engage collaboration for changes
Provide demos as needed and get sign off on new functionality from key stakeholders
Author and maintain employee resources for managed products
Partner with corporate communication teams as needed to successfully draw awareness for any groups impacted by new or updated services
Understand and act as expert on process flows including vendor processes
Take on additional responsibilities as needed. There is room to grow and expand the influence of this role.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 10 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.
-At least 10 years experience with developing and implementing applications.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while using sound logic to make decisions quickly.
