Job DescriptionU.S Bank is looking for a dynamic, collaborative personality that will deliver key initiatives within the Chief of Staff and Information Security Services (ISS) organization. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, work comfortably with leaders, teams and diverse employees, be laser-focused on business process optimization, customer satisfaction as well as excel in human and organizational dynamics. You'll need to wear many hats, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are critical in our fast-changing environment. You will manage small to large initiatives which includes participation in the identification, design, development and hands-on implementation of assigned projects within ISS and those that cross several business lines. The ideal trans-disciplinary candidate will manage projects and support the operations of the Chief of Staff function, digital (cloud) and business transformation (agile), organizational efficiency initiatives (automation/ digital), cross-functional enterprise initiatives, product taxonomy and agile quarterly planning processes, and fast-response organizational priorities. You will regularly interface with senior stakeholders and ensure successful and timely completion of assignments and reporting.

Essential Functions Support projects and operations of the Chief of Staff organization within Information Security Services; projects will include digital (cloud) and business transformation (agile), organizational efficiency initiatives (automation/ digital), agile quarterly planning processes, cross-functional enterprise initiatives, and fast-response organizational priorities Demonstrate executive presence through interactions with senior stakeholders, teams and diverse employees to ensure successful and timely completion of assignments and reporting Integrate and implement business process optimization and customer orientation with consideration of human and organization dynamics Manage small to large initiatives which includes participation in the identification, design, development and hands-on implementation of assigned projects within ISS and those that cross business lines Participate in activities to identify project goals, develop project plan, gains consensus on project steps, schedule and implementation procedures Provide input to recommendations for request and/or problem resolution; foster cooperation and involvement from support team Develop OKRs and metrics to support project reporting

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Experience Should Include 3+ years experience with organizational change management, 3+ years experience performing business process analysis and process improvement 2+ years of informal team leadership, facilitation and/or management 2+ years of agile or innovation project management experience 2+ years demonstrated management, leadership and organizational skills 1+ years of agile delivery management tools (ie: Jira, Confluence or similar tool) 5+ years advanced experience with Microsoft suite of tools 1+ years experience with OKRs and/or performance metrics Strong analytical, program planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify and resolve exceptions Fluent in team and group dynamics skills within a virtual and diverse workforce Effectively balances task and process demands Demonstrated business process skills to streamline and/or automate complex or manual work processes Uses design thinking processes for creativity, engagement and ownership Strong facilitation skills with leadership, management, and employee groups Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience Considerable knowledge of Cyber Security business line or functional area 3+ years of agile delivery management tools (ie: Jira, Confluence or similar tool)
